Based in Boonah and proudly serving the Scenic Rim and South East Queensland, Crystal is the baker, designer and creative heart behind With This Cake. While she often describes it as a small family business, there are eight people behind every creation. Her husband Chris proudly takes on the role of Head Delivery Driver, ensuring each cake arrives safely, while their six boys are enthusiastic taste testers, honest critics and a constant reminder of why they love what they do.

Family is at the heart of everything at With This Cake, and that warmth is reflected in every cake that leaves the studio. Every design is thoughtfully created to celebrate not only the couple, but the story they're telling together. Whether it's a timeless wedding cake adorned with delicate handcrafted sugar flowers or a contemporary statement piece featuring bold textures and architectural details, each creation is approached with intention, artistry and genuine care.

For Crystal, cake design is where baking and artistry come together. Creating handcrafted sugar flowers and intricate fondant details is one of her greatest passions, with every petal, texture and finishing touch carefully shaped by hand. It's these details that transform a cake from something beautiful into a true centrepiece, creating something that feels deeply personal while tasting every bit as beautiful as it looks.

Alongside bespoke wedding cakes, With This Cake also creates personalised cookies, cupcakes and dessert treat boxes, thoughtfully designed to complement each celebration. Every piece is individually crafted to reflect the couple's style, ensuring the sweetest part of the day feels just as considered as every other detail.

From the first conversation through to delivery, Crystal believes the experience of creating your wedding cake should feel just as enjoyable as the celebration itself.
